I've updated my Scalefour News DCC articles from 2006/7/8, and combined them all into one single PDF. You can find it on my downloads page. update: and the broken link there is now fixed.
Feel free to disseminate this as you wish, but please pass on the URL, rather than the PDF, as it is always possible that I'll update it again in the future.
